A: You will receive your reward within 48 hours.
Q: Will I know if my receipt doesn't get accepted?
A: Yes, you will receive a text message if your receipt is denied along with the reason it was denied.
Q: What parts of the receipt need to be in the image I upload?
A: The full receipt should be visible including the retailer, product details, date of purchase, and total amount paid.
Q: What should I do if my receipt gets denied?
A: If your receipt gets denied, you can try uploading a new picture of your receipt.
